Yes, MyPlace is compliant with most local data regulations, including CCPA and GDPR. You should check if your local data legislation has additional requirements.
Are customer emails verified?
Yes, MyPlace uses advanced techniques both during and after WiFi login to ensure that email addresses are valid.
Does MyPlace remember users so they do not have to register again?
Yes, MyPlace assigns a profile to each device that registers. That means that when they return we can see their profile and let them join the WiFi seamlessly.
Is MyPlace compliant with GDPR
Yes, MyPlace is compliant with GDP and other local data protection legislations.
If a guest signs in with Facebook or Google, do we still keep their email address?
Yes you get to keep an email address if a user signs in with Facebook or Google. It is important to note however that some users can opt out of sharing their email when using these platforms. We recommend email registration as the most effective way.

Does it matter how many access points I have?
No, we do not charge per access point. You can have as many access points as you like ini your location.
Do you have a minimum contract term?
No, we do not have a minimum contract term. You can pay month to month and cancel any time you like.
Is there a discount if I have a group of locations?
Yes, we can offer a volume discount if you have more than 10 locations. Please get in touch and we can provide a quote.

Does MyPlace send data in real time?
Yes, MyPlace sends data in real time to your integrations.
Does MyPlace have an API?
Yes, MyPlace does have an API. You can check out our API in our documentation section.
Can I add more than one integration?
Yes, you can connect as many integrations as you like.
I cannot see the integration I want listed?
If you cannot see the integration you want listed then please let us know. We will try our best to add it for you.
Does MyPlace have webhooks?
Yes, MyPlace has a webhooks feature so you can send data instantly when and where you need.
Does MyPlace send all available data to integrations?
Yes, we send everything we have. All the stuff you would expect plus advanced analytics and demographic data. We want to provide your data platform with the best data possible.
