Are the plans billed per location or per account?

All MyPlace plans, including Essentials, Growth, and Reputation, are billed per location. You only pay for sites that are active. Each venue is managed under the same account so billing stays simple even as you add more locations.

Does it matter how many access points I have?

No. Pricing is based per location, not per access point. You can have multiple access points under a single venue without affecting your monthly cost.

Is MyPlace compliant with GDPR and CCPA?

Yes. MyPlace is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other local data privacy regulations. Your guest data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared or sold.

Are customer emails verified?

Yes. MyPlace verifies every email during and after login to ensure that all addresses are valid and usable in your marketing tools.

Can I export my guest data?

Yes. You can export all collected guest data in CSV format at any time for backup or use in other systems.

Does MyPlace remember returning guests?

Yes. MyPlace recognises returning devices automatically, allowing guests to reconnect without re-entering their details each time.

What happens if I exceed my monthly email limit?

You can choose between Flex Pricing, where extra emails are billed at a small additional rate, or a Fixed Limit, where WiFi continues as normal but new guest data is stored safely and not available for export until you upgrade or add a bundle.

How long does it take for data to sync with integrations?

Data flows instantly by API once a guest connects to your WiFi. Emails, names, and other captured fields appear in your connected apps within seconds, keeping your marketing and automations always up to date.

How do email bundles work across multiple locations?

Email bundles are shared across your entire organization rather than by site. Each venue includes its own monthly emails, but any extra bundles you purchase can be used by all locations under the same account whenever needed.

Can I also capture phone numbers from guests?

Yes. You can enable a phone number field on your guest WiFi signup form to collect both email and phone details. This gives you more ways to reconnect with guests for marketing or customer service.

What extra insights do I get with the Growth plan?

Growth gives you data on guest visit frequency, dwell time, and location tagging. These insights help you understand returning visitors, identify trends, and measure how marketing activity drives footfall.

Can I customize the guest emails in Growth?

Which review platforms does MyPlace support?

Can I use other data sources apart from WiFi?
