If you are not sure ask your IT company. They will know what type of WiFi network you have installed. They will also be able to help you get it setup with MyPlace.
Unfortunately that will not be enough. You will need at least one access point from the list of manufacturers above.
If you don't have any WiFi access points already then it is best to start with something simple like Ubiquiti UniFi. We recommend you purchase the cloud controller software to manage the WiFi.
No, your network will just continue to work as it normally would. MyPlace simply launches the guest portal to authenticate guests and then sends them on to the network.
No, if you have any of the WiFi networks listed above in your location you will not need any extra hardware. MyPlace communicates with your network using API so everything is fast, seamless and secure.
