Connect from the MyPlace dashboard in a couple of clicks. Go to Settings, choose Integrations, select GoHighLevel and press the log in button. You will be sent to GoHighLevel to sign in and choose the Location where your WiFi guests should land, then you come back to MyPlace and press Finish. It uses the official GoHighLevel marketplace connection, so there are no API keys to copy, and MyPlace refreshes the connection on its own so you never have to reauthorize it.
MyPlace sends each guest first name, last name, verified email address and a contact source of myplace. Phone number, birthday, gender and postcode sync too when you ask for them on your WiFi login screen. Every contact arrives in the GoHighLevel Location you picked when you connected.
In real time. When a guest signs into your WiFi, MyPlace verifies their details and sends them to GoHighLevel immediately. There are no batch windows or overnight jobs, so a guest who connected at lunch is in your contacts before they finish their meal, and any workflow you have watching new contacts can start straight away.
MyPlace upserts rather than inserts, so GoHighLevel matches each guest against your existing contacts and never creates a duplicate of someone you already have. When it finds a match, that contact is updated with what the guest gave you at WiFi login: name, email, and phone, birthday or postcode if you collect them. Everything MyPlace does not send, including your tags, pipeline stages, notes and conversation history, is left exactly as it is.
Yes. Guests enter their own details and give marketing consent directly on your WiFi login screen, and MyPlace checks that consent before anything is sent. A guest who does not opt in is never synced to GoHighLevel, and neither is a guest who fails an age check you have switched on. Only guests captured through your own MyPlace touchpoints are sent, and you can disconnect the integration at any time from the MyPlace dashboard.
GoHighLevel is included in the Growth and Advanced plans. On the Essentials plan you can add it for $20 per month. There are no usage fees on top.
No, and it does not send your existing MyPlace guests either. The integration works forward from the moment you connect, so every new WiFi login flows into GoHighLevel from day one. Guests captured before you connected stay in MyPlace, where you can still export them and import them into GoHighLevel yourself if you want them there.
