ReviewPush Alternative
Looking for an Alternative to ReviewPush?
ReviewPush is a review-management platform for multi-location businesses. Guests scan a QR code or land on a request you send, rate you, and get pointed at Google.
MyPlace does that too, and adds the part they do not have: the guests arrive on their own. Every guest who joins your WiFi becomes a verified contact automatically, then feeds review generation on Google and TripAdvisor.
One system for guest capture and reviews, built for hospitality. Simple things, done well.

A quick comparison
See how MyPlace and ReviewPush compare, row by row. Every ReviewPush cell comes from their own website, checked 25 July 2026. A red mark in the ReviewPush column means the feature is not offered on reviewpush.com as of that date. Red marks in the MyPlace column are features we do not offer.
The short version. The review-generation rows are close, because both platforms do that job and do it properly. The rows that separate us are about where the guest data comes from. ReviewPush can only reach a guest who chose to scan a QR code or who was already on a list somebody uploaded. MyPlace captures every guest who connects to your WiFi, tracks whether they come back, and sends that straight into the marketing tools you already run.
If your venues have guest WiFi, that is the whole difference. If they do not, ReviewPush covers the QR route well and you should weigh the rest of the table on its merits.

Frequently asked questions
Switching review platforms, guest WiFi, setup, and how MyPlace compares to ReviewPush. If your question is not here, get in touch and we will answer it straight.
Switching from ReviewPush
Yes, and for a multi-site group that is usually the sensible way to do it. Bring one or two venues onto MyPlace first, leave the rest where they are, and compare what actually lands: how many guest contacts each venue captures, and how many new reviews follow. Once you are happy, we migrate the remaining venues and you close the old account.
Yes. We work with agencies and IT providers migrating whole venue portfolios. We offer migration support across your whole book and a partner arrangement that rewards you for the venues you bring. Contact us to talk it through.
Straightforward. Export your subscriber list from ReviewPush and we will import it, so your guest history carries over. If your venues have guest WiFi on UniFi, Meraki, Ruckus, Aruba or Cambium, we point the captive portal at your branded MyPlace splash page and new guest capture starts immediately. Review generation and the review inbox go live as soon as your Google and TripAdvisor profiles are connected. Migration support is free.
No. Your reviews live on Google and TripAdvisor, not inside any vendor’s platform. Connect your profiles to MyPlace and your review history and ratings appear in your inbox. Nothing you have earned is tied to ReviewPush.
Setup and migration
No. Month to month, cancel anytime from Account > Billing. The free trial includes all Advanced features and needs no credit card. For the record, ReviewPush also states there are no long-term contracts and also offers a 30-day trial without a card, so neither of us is trapping you.
Most venues are capturing guests and generating reviews within days, not weeks. There are three steps: keep your existing access points and controller, point your captive portal redirect at your MyPlace splash page, then publish your branded login pages. Connecting your Google and TripAdvisor profiles takes minutes and brings your existing review history with it.
Yes, and it is included. Our team handles the captive portal configuration with you or your IT provider, imports the contact list you export from ReviewPush, and checks the first review requests going out before you rely on them. You are not handed a setup guide and left to it.
Guest WiFi and review generation
Yes. Review prompts trigger automatically after WiFi sign-in. Happy guests are invited to public sites like Google or TripAdvisor, and guests who report a problem can choose a private feedback form so your team can follow up. Every guest is shown the same options.
No. MyPlace works with the gear most venues already have, including Ubiquiti UniFi, Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Aruba and Cambium. Keep your access points and controller, point your captive portal redirect at your MyPlace splash page, and you are capturing. If you are not sure what your venues run, ask us and we will check compatibility with you.
Yes. MyPlace also integrates with reservation systems like ResDiary and payment platforms like Square, so a booking or a payment can trigger a review request too. QR codes work as well, they are just not the only route.
Yes. MyPlace supports common captive portal flows including click through, access codes or vouchers, and social sign in. You can enable contact capture with clear consent text, or run a lightweight flow that collects no personal data.
Review operations and analytics
Yes. MyPlace gives context-aware, sentiment-matched suggestions so your team can reply quickly and stay on brand. Included in the plan, not a paid add-on or a tier upgrade.
Yes. See ratings trends, response times and recurring themes by venue or across the group, and export CSV or PDF for regional managers. Weekly and monthly report emails come as standard.
Google and TripAdvisor, with a private feedback option for guests who had a problem. ReviewPush covers Google plus Yelp monitoring; Yelp’s own guidelines forbid businesses from soliciting reviews, which is why TripAdvisor matters more for hospitality.
MyPlace vs ReviewPush
Where the guests come from. ReviewPush reaches guests who scan a QR code or who appear on a list you upload. MyPlace captures every guest who connects to your guest WiFi automatically, then generates reviews from that. That also means MyPlace can show you visit frequency and who is actually coming back, not just who left a review. MyPlace generates reviews on Google and TripAdvisor; ReviewPush covers Google with Yelp monitoring.
It depends on whether your venues have guest WiFi. If they do, MyPlace captures every guest who connects, across every site, and rolls the results up by venue or region without anyone printing or replacing a QR code. If your venues have no WiFi to capture from, ReviewPush covers the QR route properly and has a deep company, brand, region and location hierarchy that suits very large franchise estates. We are built for hospitality specifically; they serve a wider mix of industries.
No. There is no mention of WiFi, captive portals or guest networks anywhere on reviewpush.com as of 25 July 2026. Their capture routes are a QR code the guest chooses to scan and a contact list you upload. Guest WiFi capture is the main thing MyPlace adds.
Data, privacy, and security
Yes. Add consent text to your capture forms, keep review prompts lightweight, and honour deletion requests. We publish how we handle guest data. Contact us for details on processing and retention.
Yes. Private feedback forms can be anonymous. You can optionally request contact details so you can follow up.
You do. Your guest list is yours to export at any time as CSV, and it syncs in real time to your own marketing tools. If you leave, you take it with you.
